"Wonderful stay, clean apartment, beautiful pool area. the area directly surrounding the complex is not the prettiest but don't let that deter you because it is close to beautiful beaches, short drive from downtown and is a well kept, gated property. the host was very respectful and considerate, allowing me late checkout and frequent extensions as my departure date kept changing. I made this reservation last minute after my first Airbnb was disappointing, Juan saved my trip and made sure I had some safe, clean and relaxing to spend my trip. "The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. It is located in an area of new condominiums 5 minutes away on foot from the beach, making approx. two blocks there are warehouses, delivery services in the area also work well! I recommend it in relation to price-quality!! Juan, on the other hand, was great when it came to providing details about the unit as well as giving solutions if needed!
