• Do not leave towels on lounge chairs to reserve them.
• No glassware or bottles are permitted in the pool area.
■ Occupancy & Visitors
• Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per unit.
• No unauthorized visitors or overnight guests are allowed.
• No parties or events are permitted in the units.
■ Noise
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and other guests.
■ Smoking, Pets & Substances
• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the units.
• No pets are allowed inside the units.
• No illegal drugs or substances are permitted on the premises.
■ Photography & Media
• No commercial photography, filming, or video recording is permitted in the units or common
areas without prior written approval from management.

• Electricity (hydro) is very expensive in the Dominican Republic.
**Pool & Outdoor Area**
- Do not leave towels on lounge chairs to reserve them as they are first come first served.
- No glassware or bottles are permitted in the pool area.
**Electricity**
- Hydro is very expensive in the Dominican Republic. For this reason, please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit. Don’t worry the unit cools down again in just 5minutes once turned back on.
- Do not leave food outside the refrigerator, as in the Caribbean it is likely to attract insects and other animals.
- After coming back from the pool or the beach please don't sit with any wet piece of clothing on the chairs at the dinning table, the couch or the bed.
